With more than two decades of experience in business, Dr. Rose connects strategic insight with the practical work of execution. He serves as Chief Operating Officer of RED Worldwide, Inc., a nonprofit based in Fort Worth, Texas, alongside his wife, Dr. Patience Rose, who serves as Chief Executive Officer. Together, they bring their leadership and experience to the organization’s work of research, education, and development.

Dr. Rose’s educational and professional preparation spans ministry, human development, and creative communication. He earned a Doctorate of Divinity from Elbon-Solutions College of Ministry in Apple Valley, California, holds a Bachelor of Science in Digital Filmmaking, and is certified as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Practitioner through the School of Achology. These areas of study inform the ways he teaches, communicates, and equips others.

An author of 40 published books, Dr. Rose has developed a substantial body of writing that extends his work of equipping beyond the teaching platform. His books address Kingdom understanding, personal growth, relationships, purpose, and the practical challenges of living with conviction and responsibility. Through the written word, he invites readers to examine their thinking, deepen their understanding, and apply what they learn.

Among his most impactful contributions is Success Thoughts, a life empowerment method that draws on principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The method equips individuals with tools to examine patterns of thought, reshape their mindset, and navigate life more effectively. It reflects his commitment to connecting understanding with action and helping people take purposeful responsibility for their growth.
