Contact and appointment inquiries are directed to info@howardrosejr.com. When online delivery is connected, submitted details are processed through Dr. Rose’s authorized Google account. Until then, the form prepares an email for you to send from your own email app. No message is sent merely by preparing it. Appointment scheduling takes place separately at scheduleme.red. The office uses your details to respond and arrange appointments.

Local editorial drafts

The editorial preparation tool stores drafts in the current browser when you choose to save them. Those drafts are not a shared database and are not automatically published. You may export or clear them in the tool.

Hosting and external services

The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. The hosting provider may process technical information needed to operate, secure, and deliver the site under its own terms. Appointment scheduling takes place at scheduleme.red under its own privacy policies. General inquiry email delivery, when connected, uses Google services. The inquiry form is separate from appointment scheduling.

Media and links

External media, when added, may involve third-party providers. Follow external links only when you wish to visit the destination. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information through the inquiry preparation form.
